Mr. Fleury is the Director, and Operating Manager of the company. His expertise includes over 20 years of law enforcement experience as a member of the City of Orlando Police Department. Mr. Fleury began his career after graduating from the police academy at Valencia College Criminal Justice Institute, and was then hired by the Chief of Police as a uniformed police officer. After just 3 1/2 years, he was appointed by the Chief of Police as an investigator in the Internal Affairs/Professional Standards Section where he served in that position for five years. He was appointed to the rank of Corporal, and was assigned as the Patrol Bureau Aide to the Deputy Chief of Police of Patrol Operations, and was later appointed as the Department's only Police Recruiter. Mr. Fleury was eventually selected for a position as a Department polygraph examiner, where he conducted pre-employment, counter-intelligence, and criminal polygraph examinations. Mr. Fleury is also qualified by the American Polygraph Association as a Post Conviction Sex Offender Testing Examiner (PCSOT).
Mr. Fleury is a British Commonwealth and Canadian citizen, as well as a citizen of the United States of America. His multiple passports affords him the opportunities to live, work and travel without restrictions throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States of America, as well as within the 53 commonwealth countries.
Mr. Fleury graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1987 with his diploma in Law Enforcement. In 2015, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice (with honours) from Southwest University, and In 2016, he graduated from the University of Oxford (England) where he majored in English History. He also earned an Undergraduate Certificate of Higher Education in History from the University of Oxford after his graduate studies. Mr. Fleury has been a member of the University of Oxford's Philosophical Society since 2015, and he is also a member of the Southwest University Honours Society. Mr. Fleury continues to remain an academic alumni with the University of Oxford.
As a polygraph examiner and investigator, Mr. Fleury is a graduate of the American International Institute of Polygraph, and he currently maintains memberships in several organisations, including the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the Florida Polygraph Association, the British Polygraph Association, the British and European Polygraph Association, the National Internal Affairs Investigators Association, and as an associate member with the American Polygraph Association.
Mr. Fleury continues to serve as an academic advisor in the United States of America at the University of Central Florida, Keiser University, Southwestern College, and Everest University. He has served as an adjunct instructor teaching new police recruits and experienced officers at local and State colleges, and he has also conducted many seminars and training classes related to interviewing and interrogation techniques at the local, State and Federal levels, including most recently at the United States Middle District Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Fleury, and his staff, are currently conducting both criminal and pre-employment polygraph examinations in the United States of America for several police agencies in the State of Florida. Mr. Fleury has also received his certifications as an Advanced and Senior Polygraph Examiner from the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center.
Mr. Vicente is a veteran law enforcement professional. His expertise includes over 24 years of experience as a member of the City of Orlando Police Department. Mr. Vicente began his career after graduating from the police academy at the Mid-Florida Technological Criminal Justice Institute in 1992, and then being hired by the Chief of Police as a uniformed police officer. After just 3 1/2 years, he transferred to the Field Training Section, where he supervised newly graduated police recruits. After, Mr. Vicente transferred to the Recruiting Section where he was part of a team who would oversee over 10,000 applications of potential officers. Mr. Vicente would also represent the Orlando Police Department at various job fairs throughout the United States. Mr. Vicente then transferred to the Police Academy at Valencia College, where he spent almost seven years supervising, counseling and mentoring over 500 police recruits. F
Mr. Vicente was appointed by the Chief of Police as an investigator in the Internal Affairs/Professional Standards Section where he served in that position for two years. Mr. Vicente was eventually selected for a position as a department polygraph examiner in 2008, where he has conducted over 1,600 pre-employment, counter-intelligence, and criminal polygraph examinations. Mr. Vicente is presently assigned to the Intelligence Unit of the Orlando Police Department and still conducts polygraph examinations for the agency.
Mr. Vicente is certified as an instructor by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. He has been instructing in the areas of Interview and Interrogations, Background Investigations, Firearms, Defensive Tactics and Stress Management since 1997.
Mr. Vicente graduated from Valencia Community College with an Associates in Science degree in Criminal Justice as well as an Associates in Arts degree. In 1991, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Central Florida.
As a polygraph examiner and investigator, Mr. Vicente is a graduate of the American International Institute of Polygraph, and he currently maintains memberships in several organizations, including the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the Florida Polygraph Association, and as an associate member with the American Polygraph Association.
Mr. Vicente is bilingual in English and Spanish, and he continues to serve as a professional consultant and examiner with our company, and with our overseas company, Century Risk Management Group LLC, located in the United States of America. Mr. Vicente is able to provide consulting and polygraph services in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
